Karl Schaphorst is the President and Owner of Sandler Sales and Management Training in Omaha and Des Moines, serving the people of Nebraska and Iowa.  Karl has been a sales professional since 1990.  An Omaha native, he graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and from there, was hired by Trane.  After 20 years in the HVAC business, Karl now owns and operates two franchised Sandler locations, leads two associate sales professionals and has received multiple awards and recognition for his training product and the performance of his business. 

Karl is married to his bride of 27 years Tracey and they have three children; Karlie, Drake and Samuel.
